Returns & Refund Policy
We hope you love your purchase! However, if you're not completely satisfied, here's what you need to know:
Returns Window You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us that you wish to return an item. This is in line with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Conditions for Returns Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue a partial refund if items show signs of use or damage.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Shipping Costs As our products are large and bulky, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
