Processing Time As many of our products are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be prepared before it is dispatched. During busy periods, this may take a little longer — we'll always keep you informed.
UK Shipping We ship across the UK using tracked courier services. Due to the size and weight of our products, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
- Standard delivery: 5–7 business days from dispatch
- We are unable to offer free shipping on large/bulky items at this time

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work to resolve this as quickly as possible.
